Thai Basil Chicken Stir Fry
• 100-200g chicken
• oil and garlic
• ½ cup water (60ml)
• basil leaves
• 1 tbsp (10g) of RosDee menu Ka Prao (Ga Pao)
Direction
1. Heat oil in a pan. Stir fry garlic and chicken until cooked.
2. Add water and 1 tbsp of RosDee menu Ka Prao (Ga Pao). Stir all well.
3. Add basil leaves and stir again and serve.
Spicy Seafood Spaghetti
• 100g shrimps and squids
• 120g spaghetti
• 2 tbsp water
• green peppercorns and kaffir lime leaves
• 1 tbsp (10g) of RosDee menu Ka Prao (Ga Pao)
Direction
1. Heat oil in a pan. Stir fry garlic , chilli , shrimps and squids.
2. Add water and 1 tbsp of RosDee menu Ka Prao (Ga Pao). Stir all well.
3. Add spaghetti , green peppercorns and kaffir lime leaves. Stir all well and serve.
Storage
Keep away from sunlight and heat. After use , close it tightly.
